This position shares resources with people inquiring about surrendering, answers phone, responds to emails, coordinates intakes, and at times provides assistance to the adoptions team. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and computer literacy. Previous customer service and animal handling experience preferred. This position starts at $16/hour.
