In this role, you will perform a variety of accounting duties to assist the Finance Department including managing accounts payable & receivable and establishing/ maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors. Duties also include processing transactions, recording entries, and reconciling accounts using accounting software and in accordance with GAAP rules. Applicants should have strong analytic skills, an attention to details, a high sense of urgency, and be able to perform effectively in a deadline driven environment.
Requirements include working knowledge of QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office/365. Non-profit accounting experience is preferred.
This position allows for a flexible hybrid work schedule that is part-time and starts at $20/hr. commensurate with experience.
