Clinic HQ: A Better Experience for Wellness Clinic Clients and Their Pets

The APA’s Wellness Clinic is excited to announce the launch of Clinic HQ, our new clinic software which will bring a better experience for our clinic guests—both two- and four-legged.

Clinic HQ will go live on Tuesday, June 30. Here are a few changes to be aware of:

Requesting an Appointment

• New appointments are processed as appointment requests. Our team will review your appointment request within 1 business day, at which time you will receive an email confirmation.
• Same-day appointments are no longer available online. To request a same-day appointment, contact us (see below).
• Appointments may be requested 4 weeks in advance.
• Appointments may be requested for one pet at a time. Additional pets may be added after the first appointment is requested.

Fees

• A $20 transaction will take place when you request your appointment. This fee will be credited to your visit or may be refunded in accordance with our cancelation policy and post-adoption care policy.
• The costs associated with our clinic services are not changing—our preventatives remain 30% cheaper than most popular online stores.
