Summer Camp

Our camp is driven by compassion and the desire to make the world a better place for pets and people.

Campers will participate in games and activities exploring pet care, animal safety and careers in animal welfare. Campers will get to know the people and pets of the APA, and become experts on enrichment, animal behavior and how to advocate for animals in their own communities! The camp starts at 10am each day and ends at 1pm.

Testimonials

“I learned how to know how animals are feeling by looking at their bodies. I enjoyed meeting new puppies and making new friends.”

“I learned about when animals need you and when they don’t. I enjoyed making new friends and making animal friends. I liked Ferah the cat because something about him made me feel like we have the same things we both like.”

“I learned to ask before you pet and snuggle dogs and give them treats. What I enjoyed most was meeting new animal friends.” -Ari
