Pet Reach

It is widely documented that pets have a therapeutic value for people in residential care facilities. Since 1983, Pet Reach has sent APA Adoption Center volunteers and their pets into senior care facilities in the St. Louis area.

Currently, the APA Pet Reach program serves over 25 senior communities and a variety of other entities. Each year, over 13,000 individuals are served through this program.
