Description:
The Client Services Supervisor provides leadership and direction to adoption and intake team members and implements and maintains superior standards in accordance with APA policies and procedures. Through hands on leadership, assist with daily tasks and provide ongoing support to team members. This includes answering phones and responding to emails in a timely manner, greeting guests, and assisting with intakes and adoptions. Monitor the needs of APA clients to ensure quality customer service and addresses or resolves problems or complaints as needed. Promote positive and timely communication with the team and assist with onboarding, training, and coaching staff. At least 3 years’ experience in customer service and 2 years’ experience in animal health or welfare required. Leadership experience preferred. This position starts at $19/hour, commensurate with experience.
